Use AI assistance and automation to help organize research, surface questions, and connect findings with an opportunity. Important claims, supplier information, and purchasing assumptions still require review against supporting evidence.
Develop a record of evaluations, sourcing findings, decisions, and observed outcomes. Over time, this is intended to support comparison between expectations and results and inform improvements to the process.
